I’m Esther, and I’m passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential of becoming accessible to everyone. I’m available for speaking engagements, presentations, consultations, and webinars, as well as for writing articles and blog posts that share my experiences as a disabled woman. I can also provide detailed instructions and how-to guides on setting up and using assistive technology and alternative and augmentative communication, among other disability-related content.

● Speaking Engagements and Presentations: I can speak on various topics related to disability, accessibility, and assistive technology. I’m also happy to share my personal story of overcoming challenges and achieving success.
● Consultations: I offer consultations to individuals and organizations on various topics, including disability awareness, accessibility planning, assistive technology, and alternative and augmentative communication implementation and usage in various settings such as homes and workplaces, schools, and places of higher education and in all realms of society.

My Experience
I have a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of a constantly evolving world. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in achieving sustainable success in today’s competitive landscape. I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by people with disabilities. I’m also an expert in assistive technology, alternative and augmentative communication, and accessibility.
Sharing my story as a TBI\SCI ambassador has unveiled and reinforced a powerful message: I am not alone in my journey. Connecting with others who have faced similar challenges as me has created a sense of solidarity and strength. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experiences, I can inspire others to reach out and find0 their own resilience and support networks. Remember, you are not alone in this difficult chapter of your life. A large community of people like you are standing by and are waiting to offer you understanding, encouragement, and practical guidance.
